This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Coceptual Media Pvt. Ltd.
2. No Refund Policy (Primary Clause)
Due to the nature of consulting, strategy and digital services, all payments made are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
3. Cancellation Before Service Initiation

Clients may request a cancellation before the commencement of services.

In such cases, a partial refund may be provided at the sole discretion of the Company, after deducting administrative and processing charges.
4. Cancellation After Service Initiation

Once the project/work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Any pending deliverables will be completed proportionately based on the work already paid for.
5. Project-Based Engagements

For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

Future milestones may be cancelled with prior notice, subject to agreement terms.
6. Delays & Non-Cooperation
No refunds will be issued in cases where:

Delays are caused by lack of client response or required inputs

Project execution is impacted due to client-side issues
7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-10 business days
